Had a great experience. Alex the store manager was super helpful. We tested several models and ended up ordering the luxury firm and it’s an amazing mattress. The pillows are also incredible. No regrets with this purchase.

Show room support staff very helpful. All the Saatva mattresses were available to try them out in person vs. online. Relaxing large display room, no rush. Given plenty of time to make a decision. Excellent beds. Great to have showroom in the upper Midwest.

The viewing room at Saatva is a great idea. I can't imagine buying a mattress without trying it out first. And the person that helped me, Abbie (at the Edina, MN location), was knowledgeable, attentive, and very helpful. Can't wait to get my new mattress!
