Saatva American-made luxury mattresses will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a NON-PRORATED period of 12-25 years depending on your mattress.
When filing a claim with Extend, you will simply need to provide either your contract ID, email address, or another identifying piece of information.
If you return your product, Saatva returns the money you paid for the protection plan. Depening on how much time has passed since your purchase, Extend may issue a prorated refund.
The Extend protection plan provides peace of mind and financial protection for your mattress investment from accidental damage.
This plan covers accidental stains and damage NOT covered by the Saatva mattress warranty, such as rips, tears and stains. This plan does not cover theft or damage caused by abuse or misuse. Plans are effective from the day your mattress is delivered.
Saatva mattresses are eligible for the Extend protection plan. Simply select a plan length that best suits you and add to cart with your mattress.
If you return your product, Saatva will request your contract to be canceled and will issue you all refunds.

Yes, you can cancel your coverage at any time. Simply call one of our friendly sleep guides at 1-877-672-2882. They will submit the cancellation request and also issue any remaining refunds.
You will be able to repair your product until the number of times and cost of the repair exceeds the retail price of the product.
Extend will review each claim and work with you to determine the best course of action in the event your product is irreparable.
Their terms & conditions currently does not allow for coverage of damage caused by third parties
Extend will only cover the cost of authorized repairs as they cannot guarantee the quality of work from third party repairs. In cases where customers seek their own third party repair services, the Extend protection plan would not be terminated. However, damage caused by unauthorized services may violate Extend’s terms and conditions and void future claims.
