What Is Saatva’s Return Policy?

Saatva offers generous home trials: 365 nights for mattresses, bed frames, and most furniture; 180 nights for toppers; and 45 nights for pillows and nightstands. Returns are simple, with free shipping except for a $99 mattress/furniture processing fee. Adjustable bases are non-returnable. Exchanges restart the trial period.
You might say that getting a new mattress is like starting a new relationship. You’ll need to spend a lot of time getting to know and adjusting to each other before you can really say whether or not you fit together. And you’ll definitely get to know each other since you’ll spend upwards of a full third of your life sleeping.
This means you need to give your mattress and your body time to adjust and see if you’re a match. That’s why we offer a 365-night home trial—a full year to give you ample time to decide if your new Saatva mattress is right for you.

What is the Saatva return policy?

Our 365-night trial means you can get a refund at any time during this period—no questions asked.
If you’re not completely satisfied, give us a call at 1-860-453-5276, start a chat, or email us at info@saatvamattress.com within the 365-night home trial and we’ll schedule a pickup for your mattress.
You’ll only have to pay a $99 processing fee that will either be deducted from your refund or paid upfront for an exchange.
Saatva pillow return policy
We offer a 45-night home trial on bed pillows. Enjoy the plushness and comfort before you commit.
If you’re still not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns, a full refund, and free return shipping. Give us a call at 1-860-453-5276, start a chat, or email us at info@saatvamattress.com to start your return.
There are no restocking fees, but we ask that you wash any used products before returning as returned bedding items are donated to local charities.
Saatva mattress topper return policy
We offer a 180-night home trial on all Saatva mattress toppers. Our generous trial period gives your body the time it needs to acclimate to your new mattress topper.
If at any time within the six-month trial you still aren’t feeling it, you can return it for a full refund with free return shipping.

Saatva bed frame and bedroom furniture return policy
As with our mattresses, we provide a generous 365-night trial for our bed frames and bedroom furniture. Nightstands, meanwhile, have a 45-night trial.
If you aren’t fully satisfied with your new bed or other furniture within that one-year trial, you can return them for a full refund.

Saatva adjustable base return policy
We don’t allow returns or exchanges for our adjustable bases because they’re considered lifestyle products that are configured and assembled to order.
They’re also not eligible for the 365-night home trial offered with our mattresses.

Yes, you can exchange a Saatva mattress for a different model or size. If you decide to exchange your mattress for another Saatva mattress during your 365-night home trial, just give us a call at 1-860-453-5276.
We’ll schedule a pick up of your mattress and start the exchange process. You’ll only pay a $99 processing fee for your replacement delivery and mattress pickup, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Once your exchanged mattress is delivered, a new 365-night home trial begins.
Can I return a mattress after sleeping on it?
Of course you can return a Saatva mattress after sleeping on it! Chances are good you’ll have slept on it for a while before deciding it’s not right for you. No worries. Simply follow the return process described in this article.
